• Assist the Primary Principal in implementing and monitoring the primary curriculum (Chinese National Curriculum + international frameworks such as IPC, IB PYP, or Cambridge Primary).
• Support the recruitment, induction, and evaluation of primary teachers (both Chinese and international).
• Organize and lead regular professional development sessions, teaching research groups, and peer observations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills and classroom management.
• Lead student behavior management, character education, and pastoral care programs.
• Work with homeroom teachers and counselors to support students' social-emotional development.
• Handle student disciplinary issues and communicate with parents regarding behavioral concerns.
• Lead the co-curricular activities (CCA) or after-school program, including vendor management and teacher assignments.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid teaching certification (e.g., Chinese teaching license, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in primary education, with at least 2 years in a leadership or coordination role (e.g., grade level leader, head of department, curriculum coordinator).
• Deep understanding of primary pedagogy, child development, and bilingual education models.
• Familiarity with international curricula (IPC, IB PYP, Cambridge) and Chinese national standards.
• Fluent English (working language proficiency) and Mandarin Chinese (minimum professional working proficiency) to effectively communicate with Chinese and international staff, students, and parents.
• Passion for education, strong sense of responsibility, innovative mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
