• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the school's curriculum to ensure alignment with national standards and international educational philosophies.
• Facilitate professional development through teaching research groups, skills training, and academic exchanges.
• Foster a collaborative teaching culture that integrates Chinese and international faculty.
• Oversee the use and updating of textbooks, supplementary materials, teaching equipment, and digital learning platforms.
• Promote innovative teaching models such as project-based learning (PBL) and inquiry-based learning.
• Guide the administration of standardised assessments (e.g., MAP, CAT4, Cambridge exams) and analyse results to create individualised improvement plans.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student academic performance and offer professional advice for growth.
• Prepare academic summary reports to support school leadership in decision-making.
• Organise events such as open days, academic information sessions, and student work exhibitions to strengthen home-school connections.
• Master’s degree or higher in Education, English, or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification (e.g., Chinese teaching license, PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in primary/secondary or bilingual schools, with at least 3 years in academic management or instructional leadership.
• Experience managing both Chinese and international teaching teams and integrating bilingual curricula is preferred.
• Passion for education, strong sense of responsibility, innovative mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
• High professional integrity and problem-solving skills, with a student-centred approach to driving academic excellence.
